Blog/Website Creation – $100.00 (Price quoted is for ONE author blog site/setup only.   Add $70/per each additional author setup on same blog/website):

We will build/create for you, a professionally designed blog or website based on your specifications. We will set up your sidebar widgets, your followers tab, intro and welcome pages, as well as all other pages you’d like added to the site (up to 5 pages, 1500 words or less on each).  The site will be fully edited and ready for visitors before it goes live.  We use the WordPress platform as it is the easiest and most user-friendly site for bloggers and visitors.  WordPress offers FREE themes, as well as paid themes for you to select from.

(Compare this to what WordPress charges to build a site:  Up to 5 pages for $499.)

After your site is set-up, if you would like for us to maintain it, that will be at an additional small cost, and the levels offered are below.

SITE MAINTENANCE:  (Prices quoted are for ONE author blog site maintenance only)

STANDARD:  for non-demanding or static websites/blogs that require minimal updates. ($85/monthly. Add $60/per each additional author added on same blog/website):
-12-hour turnaround time on requests
-Unlimited service requests
-Content updates
-Edits / Broken links
-Posting of up to 3 new content page additions or blog posts monthly. (These do not roll-over from month to month.  This is in place to ensure that you are blogging on a fairly regular basis). The request for any additional posts or page creations past the allotted 3 will be at a cost of $10/per post/page added.

PREMIUM: for websites/blogs that require regular updating. ($150/monthly.  Add $125/per each additional author added on same blog/website):
-5-hour turnaround time
-Unlimited service requests
-5 Social media page tweets & 5 Facebook shares, weekly
-Content updates / Theme updates
-Edits / Broken links fixed
-Posting of up to 5 new content page additions or blog posts monthly. (These do not roll-over from month to month.  This is in place to ensure that you are blogging on a fairly regular basis). The request for any additional posts or page creations past the allotted 3 will be at a cost of $10/per post/page added.

BUSINESS: for websites needing constant updates, social media marketing and more. ($195/monthly.  Add $170/per each additional author added on same blog/website):
-1-hour response time
-Unlimited service requests
-15 social media page tweets & 15 Facebook shares, weekly
-Content updates / Theme updates
-Edits / Broken links fixed
–Posting of up to 8 new content page additions or blog posts monthly.  (These do not roll-over from month to month.  This is in place to ensure that you are blogging on a fairly regular basis). The request for any additional posts or page creations past the allotted 3 will be at a cost of $10/per post/page added.

ESTABLISHED BLOG/WEBSITE RE-VAMP & CLEAN UP:
-Up to 10 site pages or posts – $75
-10 to 20 site pages or posts – $150
-20 or more pages/posts will be billed in 10 page increments.

(If your site is very detailed with loads of bells, whistles, and moving objects these will be quoted individually. Prices listed here are for basic websites – your site will be created or re-vamped into a professional and beautiful site, but without all the bells and whistles.)
